Like many of us, I was introduced to astrology via the horoscopes I found in the local newspaper. While I didn’t understand everything, I sensed that there was something there. In my early 20s, in my quest to understand more of my own wants, needs and desires, I took the first step down the astrological path and discovered a world that was rich with symbolism, archetypal language and beauty.
Over the years, I’ve found my niche in exploring the dark corners of the psyche and human soul. Thus my approach to working with you will combine a variety of mediums- including astrology, archetypes, shadow work and Jungian psychology. When we are challenged by difficult times in our lives and painful subject matter, it can feel easier to turn away. But it is often when we are walking through the fire that we discover who we truly are.
I hold a B.A. in Journalism: Public Relations from the University of Oregon and an M.Ed. in Elementary Education with an ESOL endorsement. When I am not writing, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children- preferably by the ocean, where everything makes sense.
